DELIVERY OF EQUIPMENT FOR TUAPSE OIL REFINERY

From November 2013 to January 2014, RTL LLC organized transportation of heat exchange equipment to the Tuapse Oil Refinery (total weight-1044.86 t, total volume-1725.17 m3). Transportation was carried out by rail from the port of Rostov to the Tuapse-Sortirovochnaya station. 7 railway platforms and 8 transporters were used to organize the transportation. The weight of the heaviest unit is 88.2 t. The main specifics of the transportation was organization of cargo transshipment in the port of Rostov-on-Don using two cranes (Liebherr LHM 250 and KRS 1002 TA) working simultaneously in a pair.

DELIVERY OF EQUIPMENT TO ADDRESS CJSC «ELECTROTECHNICAL COMPANY»

In late 2013-early 2014, RTL organized transportation of equipment with total volume of 7,713 m3 and weight- 982 t. Delivery was carried out to CJSC "Electrotechnical Company", Achinsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory. The cargo arrived by vessels to the port of Rostov-on-Don, next it was sent by railway platforms and vehicles.

DELIVERY OF EQUIPMENT TO BELARUSIAN NUCLEAR POWER PLANT

The equipment was manufactured in Volgodonsk at the Atommash plant. The main cargo was delivered by direct cars from Volgodonsk to Ostrovets. The main difficulty was the delivery such units as 655 x 655 x 576, weight 131.5 t; 667 x 667 x 308, weight 62.8 t; 562 x 550 x 414, weight 12.9 t; 584 x 584 x 248, weight 49.4 t; 569 x 569 x 151, weight 58.2 t. Units with width more than 6.5 m transported by ro-ro barge from Volgodonsk to Veliky Novgorod along the Don, Volga, Sheksna, Svir and Volkhov rivers.

The length of the route was about 3000 km. Initially, the construction of the berth was planned in the village of Parfino or Pesochny, but due to the lack of water level in the planned places of arrival, it was decided to build a temporary berth in Veliky Novgorod, for this purpose, the depths of the water area of the planned berth construction site were studied. During the transition from water to road transport in the area of Veliky Novgorod, a route was developed that was fully coordinated with the branches of Russian Railways, city administrations, federal road services and traffic police authorities. During the events, large-sized and heavy-weight elements of the melt localization device were successfully delivered to the construction site of the Belarusian nuclear power Plant. The volume of delivered equipment was 57 units, with a total weight of 757 562 kg.
