EQUIPMENT DELIVERY TO THE ADDRESS OF JSC “TATNEFT”

In the Autumn 2014 RTL LLC signed a contract with Italian company Walter Tosto for the transportation of equipment to the address of JSC “Tatneft”. Walter Tosto SpA is world leader for the manufacturing of oil, gas, petrochemical, nuclear and foodstuff industry. Starting from 1960 Walter Tosto designs and manufactures the following equipment: hydrocracking and hydrotreating reactors, high-pressure equipment, separators, columns, high-pressure heat exchange units, coke drums, exhaust-heat boilers. The company was established by WalterTosto in 1960. And now it’s managed by his son Luca and supported by his sisters Kati and Emanuela.

The primary activity of the company was manufacturing of wine olive oil tanks, after that it was extended to realization of high-pressure units for liquid gas and fuel and finally they start to manufacture the equipment for oil and gas, petrochemical and energy branches. After signing of the contract the active preparation was started. The task was not easy – to arrange the delivery of 15 pieces, one of them had dimensions 34x3,5x4,2 meters and weight 206 metric tones. The shipment started from one of Walter Tosto plants in Eastern Europe in Bucharest. The logistics was as follows: trucking from the plant in Bucharest to Constanta port and loading on the vessel.

Then sea freight from Constanta port till Novorossiysk. There was direct unloading in Novorossiysk onto railway platforms and 16-axle railway transporter for the above mentioned unit. Works for berthing, re-loading, lashing, securing, documents arranging lasted during all New Year Holidays. By the end of the holidays all works were finished and the cargo was moved to Nizhnekamsk The way from Novorossiysk till Nizhnekamsk took 9 days. The cargo was cleared by the customs at Biklian railway station, then the wagons with the cargo were re-located to the base of our contractor for reloading onto the trucks and delivery to the construction site of JSC “Tatneft”. All operations were arranged safe and in accordance with the plan. The client was satisfied. Thanks to all parties actively involved in the project performance.
